AZK Holding was founded by Mr. Adrian Stancu following a thorough analysis of the dynamics of the real estate market in Romania. Although the real estate sector has significant growth potential, it is fragmented and lacks an integrated framework to support long-term performance. Recurring issues between developers, builders, real estate agencies, and investors—often caused by the absence of integrated project management and unsustainable decisions—generate value losses, execution inefficiencies, and financial losses for investors.
Furthermore, the lack of econometric analysis infrastructure and data-driven decision-making has led not only to imbalances between supply and demand but also to widespread economic inefficiency in many projects—with wasted resources and below-potential returns. Many of these projects were developed without a coherent long-term vision and without real alignment with market dynamics.
Thus was born AZK Holding – a complete business ecosystem, designed to eliminate these dysfunctions through a structured, multidisciplinary, and performance-oriented approach.
