He holds advanced certifications in real estate investment and construction management from two globally recognized institutions: the School of Architecture and Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Columbia Engineering – The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science.

With nearly two decades of interdisciplinary experience across real estate development, capital structuring, and institutional investment strategy, Adrian operates at the intersection of analytical precision and strategic execution. His approach is shaped by a deep understanding of institutional discipline, market dynamics, and long-term value creation.

As the architect of AZK’s vertically integrated platform, he ensures that each initiative is grounded in investment logic, operational excellence, and sustainable performance. Adrian’s leadership reflects both a global mindset and a continuous pursuit of knowledge — positioning AZK Holding as a forward-looking entity in the real estate investment landscape.

Smaranda leads the group’s commitment to performance-driven community design and holistic well-being, with a professional background in sports medicine and performance leadership. She oversees strategic health and ESG integration within both internal operations and real estate projects.

Her role extends across residential health architecture, performance culture within the organization, and innovation in corporate wellness. Smaranda brings clarity, purpose, and human-centered thinking to AZK’s growth strategy — reinforcing the group's positioning as a responsible and forward-thinking developer.

Andrei Drăghicescu ensures the strategic and operational coherence across all AZK Holding entities. With solid expertise in financial governance, project execution, and organizational design, he coordinates project pipelines, risk oversight, and budgetary control.

He also plays a central role in aligning business unit performance with group-level investment mandates and reporting standards, contributing to the institutional scalability and operational predictability of the AZK platform.

A veteran of the global financial industry, Edward Clifford brings over five decades of senior-level experience in investment banking, capital markets, and private advisory. Based in London and deeply connected in New York, Edward has advised elite family offices, sovereign funds, and institutional investors throughout his career.

He serves as a personal advisor to AZK Holding’s founder, leveraging a powerful global network of high-net-worth individuals and capital partners.
